You will familiarise yourself with many different areas during your apprenticeship with us. So that you know what to expect right from the start, we will draw up a personalised transfer plan with the various stations you will pass through during your apprenticeship.
At the hotel, you will familiarise yourself with all areas and positions relevant to your apprenticeship and will be thoroughly and conscientiously trained by us. Current topics, such as digitalisation and sustainability, will also be addressed during your apprenticeship so that you are well prepared for the future.
The theoretical part takes place in block courses on the neighbouring island of Sylt. Accommodation is of course provided during your time at vocational school. This means you can relax and prepare for all upcoming exams and projects with a wonderful view.
Not only your professional training, but also your personal development is very important to us. To this end, we have thought of a few things for you. At the five trainee compass meetings, you will not only meet trainees from other companies - you will also get to know yourself better. We will work with you to discover your individual strengths, support you in the things you love and accompany you on your personal journey.
Even if you are not (yet) an islander, we warmly welcome you to Föhr. We have three modern staff houses close to the beach and hotel, where you will have a fully furnished staff room in a shared flat for two and can create your own realm for the duration of your training. So you can arrive in peace and quiet and concentrate on your training!
