Experience the Föhrer wilderness with nature guide Barbara Pohlmann.
What kind of herb is growing there, which flower is it? Why do some herbs tolerate the North Sea water particularly well? All these questions can be asked. This tour includes salt mortaring and tasting at the end with bread, butter, olive oil, herbs and water.
