A culinary journey of discovery as part of the Schleswig-Holstein Nature and Culinary Delights Festival.
Barbara Pohlmann invites you on a special journey of discovery into the world of edible wild plants. Right on our doorstep.
Discover the culinary diversity of Föhr’s coastal plants. Together, we’ll find edible wild herbs along the promenade, learn fascinating facts about their uses, and then make our own aromatic herb salt to take home. To finish off, we’ll sample various salts or enjoy our homemade blend with bread, butter and olive oil.
Duration: approx. 3 hours
