The vines of the Hauck winery grow on clay and loess-rich soils interspersed with limestone in the districts of Bermersheim vor der Höhe, Albig and Ensheim. Wines with fruit and minerality, balance and finesse are produced here. Savour the flavours together: the bi a wik kitchen team will prepare a finely balanced 3-course menu for you to accompany wines selected by winemaker Jana Hauck.
