Please register at the reception desk of the eilun SPA 10 minutes before your treatment. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we ask for your understanding that the treatment time will be reduced accordingly in the event of delays.
Come to your treatment in a comfortable bathrobe. This is available in your room. If you would like to use our fitness room, please wear sportswear and suitable shoes. We also ask you to wear appropriate swimwear and bathing shoes in the pool area and to shower beforehand.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your treatment. If you have to cancel or change your appointment at short notice, we will charge the full price if the appointment can no longer be made by other guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We ask that you behave quietly and carefully in all areas of the eilun SPA out of consideration for other guests. We recommend that you refrain from using smartphones, laptops, video and photo cameras in the SPA so that you can enjoy a very special feel-good time without distractions.
Children and teenagers are very welcome in our eilun SPA. The pool area is open to children (up to the age of 12) accompanied by their parents daily from 9 am to 5 pm. We ask for your understanding that children and young people under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the wellness area on the first floor or the fitness room. Our outdoor sauna may be visited by children and young people under the age of 16 if accompanied by their parents.
