If you are travelling by car, we recommend that you book the ferry crossing in good time. Bookings can be made at www.faehre.de. A reservation for pedestrians on the ferry is not necessary.
Our hotel shuttle service will be happy to pick you up directly at the harbour or airport if you book in advance up to 1 day before arrival. We charge a transfer fee of €5 per room/trip for this service. Please let us know your arrival time by phone, app or email up to one day before arrival.
We charge €14 per vehicle/night for parking in the hotel's own underground car park or in one of the car parks on the hotel grounds. If you are travelling with an electric car, charging stations are available in our underground car park.
We are also happy to reserve a table for you in one of our restaurants on a daily basis and you decide each day whether you would like to eat à la carte or the menu at a price of €48 per person/evening. Please let us know if we can reserve a table for the earlier time of 17:30 or 18:00 or if you prefer the later table time of 19:30 or 20:00? Alternatively, you can make table reservations for our restaurants "bi a wik" and "sydbar" directly and conveniently online using the buttons below.
Our wellness therapists will pamper you with soothing cosmetic treatments or relaxing body massages. You are welcome to browse through our SPA menu.
Due to the high demand, we recommend that you book your individual wellness treatment before you arrive: conveniently up to 4 weeks in advance using our reservation tool online. Simply register as a hotel guest with your reservation confirmation number (e.g. 123.456) & your surname.

Please note: For sustainability reasons, we no longer offer disposable bathing slippers, so please bring your own bathing shoes!
Children up to the age of 12 are welcome in the pool area every day from 9 am to 5 pm. We thank you for your understanding that children are only permitted in the sauna world and fitness room from the age of 16.
Please remember to take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with our partner ERGO travel insuranceto avoid possible costs in the event of cancellation or changes at short notice.
